Please look at the temperature record for the past 7000 years.
We have been in a very warm period all of that time.
During that time its been both warmer and cooler than now, but in total its been very much warmer in the last 7000 years compared to all of the last 800,000 years.
There is nothing particularly special about the last 100 years compared to 7000 years ago.
