I have a feeling that they still might upon phase 3 catalyst newsflow coming through. Wouldn't surprise me if they help it on it's way up to $1.30 for fund performance window dressing with newsflow to substantiate the share price underneath it (if they did that 6 months ago, there simply wouldn't be the newsflow for it to stay at a higher price due to aforementioned opportunity cost problem faced by investors).
Will be interesting to see how it plays out going forward.
