Obviously the company did not contact you as they knew you would have never approved of a CR at a 33% discount to the last closing price....

Certainly seems a little strange and makes one wonder why it has happened now, when the potential for raising at a higher price appears to be right on our doorstep - particularly after the agreement signed with Ravensdown????
