Could agree more with your summation ynotinvest but I would give the management some credit where credit is due;

They decided not to sit on their hands and get on with the business of a junior explorer which was getting back to exploration finally with the move on Hog Ranch.
The finally got the PEPR under their watch.
They've proved up a pretty exciting resource at Hog ranch for next to nix cost.
They've doubled the LOM at Hillside
And they have got funding in to keep things going on both fronts with a pretty well telegraphed opportunity to spin of Hog Ranch to fund Hillside.

All in all they've done more in the last 2 years than the last 10.

What's more value is often where fear is the greatest but poorly understood, and with so many burned so badly it's not surprising the SP for RXM has not been more bullish yet. However, the line of sight is now in place for building Hillside and I'm still accumulating. DYOR AIMHO
