This is just my theory.

I've seen this before and it usually starts with a ceasing to be a sub holder notice.Then someone starts shorting the stock and after the tree has had a good rattle you get a big closing auction, then the previous selling group ann becoming a sub holder all over again.


The reason I think that the short covering/closing or what ever you like to call it happens on the market is so it can't be shown to have been market manipulation between the two parties which it clearly is and by placing/covering them on the market they can claim that the opportunity for other parties to buy was there even if it was only for ten minutes.

IF I had of seen it sooner or if my fat fingers would type faster I would have been a buyer in the close.
