The actual share price has little to do with it.
As some have suggested it is market cap. and more importantly, particularly for aust insto's, ASX 200 entry- which at last check required liquid shares of around 1.2 billion in value- although Im happy to be corrected on this figure as it was some time ago and my memory could serve me wrong.
