Agreed, hard to watch. The MD owns a quarter of the company, at last report, so that gives some confidence that this is just a skirmish between the fund managers who invested early on and management, or loss of patience on behalf retail investors, rather than an indication of something material which has not been announced. Hopefully the MD hasn't been selling shares and not updating the market...
If it is a CR on the horizon, all will be forgiven if it is done as an entitlement issue, as the share price doesn't affect dilution if everyone has the opportunity to top up proportionally.
If insiders and managers get a larger bite because of the low price then I will be very unhappy...
I guess we will all find out in due course.
