Webinar last years end of year report approximately (webinar), PC was asked about the pathway ti profitability and model for the future, from memory his response was-

August 2021 Approx-

Currently in Hyper growth phase & current recruiting team for expansion strategy- (went from 64-128) at the time.

Novatti to commence the banking business under the Novatti banner for approximately 3 years, whilst also diluting the SOI about 50%+ or so for the bank (whilst building the brand)

once the three year mark is completed, IBOA to separate to its own standalone entity whilst Novatti holding 20%-30% equity- IBOA possibly list as an ASX company.

Once complete SOI reduce and Novatti continue growth through to year 4

Year 5 profitability and dividends commencing (or working towards).
