If you revalue DGO's equity holding at market, attribute no value to their brownfield holdings and no value for the strategic nature of the DEG holding, the simple, fair value of DGO is $3.36.
I would say that Gold Road, at the current bid parameters, is going to steal this company.
However, I reckon they have got Buckley's chance of getting away with the current bid of 2.16 GOR for each DGO. More like 2.50.
