Just to be clear with what I am asking on Tony will be an version of the below. As I don't really mind for the details, I just want to know if there will be any future legal action or bad publicity to hinder my investment. I am certain the answer to this will be No as when they paid the fines it's case(s) closed. Which will satisfy me enough to continue to accumulate and trade. I don't care too much for the detaills, you would not believe how often this happens on the ASX. In the case of EL it was a (in my view) minor issue of delaying the reports. Some companies are much leakier and sky rocket up %5000 then drop just as fast
speeding ticket issued every day on the ASX casino.
A mine entrance, in my experience of working in mining has never been an issue cash couldn't solve. Sad but true fact. If it was a coal mine perhaps I'd be like 5% nervous (Even though I don't invest in coal)
End of the day I want this stock to make me some money, the 500Kish shares I have won't make me rich. But, will help with the housing market in Sydney, my god it's excessive these days. I have my sell targets and stop losses in and so far I don't have any issues with the management. As long as this DFS is delivered 31 March and Tony sends reports on time... Otherwise sentiment will change of course and I will be team Mountainbike 2.0
