You are very wrong, those tomatoes cost virtually nothing, zero, nada.
Those tomatoes are in my kitchen, in colanders. So I'm not sure what your looking at.
Tomato stakes, mostly from council clean ups, fertilizers from worm farm. Soil structure from compost heap. Horse poo for bulk.
Your not a gardener, your a project manager, your not spending your money your spending someone else's.
Big difference.
I reckon I get well over a thousand dollars worth of produce per year from my garden, thats for me, not what's given away. I doubt I spend more that $200 per year in costs.
