Given the level of research and development FYI completed and now the amount of work FYI/Alcoa are completing prior to commencing a demo commercial plant I have no idea how ATC can proceed on a 'guarantee' made by another party that they can produce the HPA required. Furthermore theres no product testing on their HPA going on over there whatsoever.
Yes they are a high market cap - it's quite unbelievable really.
