    hi,
    Can't argue with the effect it had on the market .
    The amount it reacted seemed out of proportion to previous similar announcement.
    The argument above that reaching a particular total ie 70% , might be significant,may have merit.
    Perhaps the first such positive announcement since the other companies woes , restores some confidence .
    Won't complain.
