Comparing Jef to Steve is a huge stretch.
This new leadership team it ticking every box possible compared to Jef.
You might end up being the smart one and getting out now only time will tell.
Personally I'd look at the chart under Jef and then compare it to where it has gone since the new team came along .
And personally I believe you have exited just as the fun begins.
