Everyone has 20/20 hindsight. A can't recall your complaints when the original farmout to MEO was made, nor when the money was spent backing back into Jeruk when it looked a winner.
But on the later I believe you are failing to account for, and to credit management for shrewdly offsetting the cost of backing back in, buy doing the deal to reduce to the 8% or so they ended up with.
