Broker data from the last two weeks and the price action from yesterday (which has been the same for the last few weeks) suggests it's brokers constantly unloading from off-screen around the 40c mark.
Could be an attempt to hold the price down and accumulate (although broker data doesn't suggest that they're buying more) or potentially just offloading their shares they got from holding CHN? Who knows.
