As a value investor, ESG is just this for me at the moment.

I would be surprised to see further slips from our current prices - but we are still in a down trend.

I think I may have mentioned previously, that HGO have actually acquitted themselves of risk if/if no takeover is conducted. They didnt NEED the money now, but were happy to monetise their stake and take advantage of teh GFC bargain asset sale.

ESG do look like a property developer with plans; which adds to the speculation that there is a takeover on the cards.

Time will tell sor sure. It always does.
