Thanks @Ragshak defintiely excited although wishing I started my journey a little sooner (hindsight is a wonderful thing).
Totally understand @TrayonRanger, not looking to take advantage, just to learn from those with better understanding that I have. I bought into LTR in Jan (with super) and only just into the green recently. Got in without a lot of research but trying to invest a bit more time into building my knowledge and understanding of things. Thanks for the post. Learning as I go!
