Is this the same company and stock that was despised and shunned only 6 months ago ??
Who would’ve thought this grubby old oil and gas merchant would become a share market darling in 2022.
There must be some awfully embarrassed fund managers out there.
‘Uninvestable’ some of them said.
And on this thread there were plenty of clueless trolls giving us hourly updates on what a dog this stock was.
I’ve invested in the stock market for decades - yet I never cease to be amazed by the ‘follow the pack’ sentiment that drives it.
Sometimes being a bit contra can really pay off.
WPL powering ahead again today and I can’t help thinking the big money is only just beginning to chase it.
