Of all the OEMs out there, I would prefer to establish a long-term relationship with Hyundai / Kia. I honestly think they will negotiate the transition from petrol to electric better than all the other OEMs while growing marketshare. I think Tesla will dominate the EV market into the future, but they will use their market dominance to screw margin from their suppliers. The big OEMs (GM, Ford, Nissan, Toyota) have the most to lose in the EV transition in my opinion. As for Volkswagen, I get the impression, they will do ok.
