this confused me for a bit - it's the entire scrip payment for Decelles being proposed at once. If I'm not mistaken, this means the $75K upfront is also being paid in shares not cash, hence 800k total shares, not 600k as outlined in the acquisition (rounded up another 20k for the employee). But only 220k are being quoted on the market now.
