Hi Opaline, thank you for your reply. I am a retired accountant running an smsf and politically very middle of the road. My concern about "climate change" is what appears to me to be a political and media inspired brainwashing of the proletariat that dangerous global warming is occurring and human caused carbon dioxide is the cause and anyone with a dissenting view is labelled a heretic. This is ridiculous when a number of those with a sceptical viewpoint are scientifically highly qualified, more so (from what I can gather) than many of the IPCC climatologists. The herd psychology of the carbonistas is of concern to me, particularly as the AGW science has been described by qualified scientists as a Theory, not a Fact.
