I've not seen anything to indicate this is likely. Imo there is no solid reason to be thinking it may magically knock out significantly more than 2ktpa.
Another relevant factor is the permitting - afaik they are granted based on specifics like planned output, so imo not likely to be any higher until the expansion gets completed.
