WAM SP currently close to 30% premium to NTA. Even Geoff likes buying a dollar for 80 cents. There’s a lot of optimism built into the SP and it’s only a guess whether the premium continues, or continues to the same %, or disappears altogether. Granted CDM has fallen further but it has a disc to NTA and admittedly CDM has a lot of catching up to do, but hopefully the lessons of the Melbourne IT debacle have been learnt and the results warrant an increased SP. Each to their own !
