? umm... you do realise that ASX released their defence, right? They didnt just say "confidentiality". They answered the questions. If there are more questions resulting from that, the judge will make decisions on what does and doesn't get shared.

This is what drives me batty here. Most of ISX's legal case has been fine and reasonable. Most of ASX's legal case has been fine and reasonable. But every time a subpoena is issued it is either "ASX are scrambling" or "JK masterstroke" and "checkmate" and 20 idiots thinking it's some bombshell. It's just legal guff from both sides. At the moment, the case is just figuring out what the agreed and disputed facts are. Then we go to evidence, then how the law applies. It's not A Few Good Men. Why cant we at least just agree to the obvious stuff?
