I reckon to remain afloat OM needs SWF more than SWF needs OM, merger is the best way forward for both but it shouldn't be at the cost of SWF getting diluted too much at a lower price point perhaps thats the hesitation with SWF management too.. best thing for shareholders is more muscular international player finds this one off opportunity for buying out SWF and OM together for about 200mil
