Looking at the Bid Implementation Agreement there are a couple of things that stick out.
Section 6is about exclusivity and that DGO cannot discuss or anything with anyone. During this period only written EOI can be accepted and GOR notified immediately blah blah blah.
Lots about Hemi. Now considering they have members on the board, you have to wonder how much they have discussed with GOR.
Specific items defined under definitions are interesting:

The fact that this actually gets a run, means there is something brewing. Whether it will surprise the market or disappoint the market remains to be seen. Also wonder it the MRE will be announces within the allowable 21 days, and whether there was a reason this was defined. Also some more under schedule 2. Whether I get to schedule 2 remains to be seen, while I'm sipping a simple Grenache.

Second definition. 5 days prior and 5 day after announcement. Calculation will be 5 days after MRE announcement divided by simple average of Gold Index for the 5 days for the trading days immediatelyprior to the date of the Hemi MRE announcement. No mention of “Minerals”. Just gold as to be expected. Wouldn’t it be nice if lithium is also in the MRE anouncement. Would throw a spanner in the works. Anyway.

Not much more to say to this.

Further definitions. Makes you realise how big this is. 1,500Km2. But we knew that.

Now for Schedule 2, Specifically Paragraph 3.4 This is where it gets very technical especially considering the red nectar. Not sure why they would put in the post Hemi RE results in here with a VWAP falling to 90% of the 5 days preceding the announcement. Are we to conclude the announcement is going to be crap, and it will disappoint the market. Makes you wonder.

I for one, hope that one of the bigger players steps up to the mark and pays closer to the mark as DGO has been long undervalued and they are pushing so hard to get GOR over the line that I think they have lost sight of the prize.
