1) Madagascar. No doubt Aussies/ASX just prefer local plays.
2) In the boring study phase. Past that exciting drill announcements phase.
3) Doesn't have a huge sexy NPV, like some of the lithium names or RNU for example (although small capex, so very achievable project).
4) Next Source is further down the road in terms of nearing cashflow
I'm a holder and do like this stock a lot. But the above might go a way to explain the SP being in the doldrums.
