There are eight State-owned economic entities in Vietnam. T-MV is on par with Vinacomin who I thought they would enter a JV agreement.

I am surprised and VERY exited that ATI are going after the rail and the port. This means they have a VERY LARGE stake in the development of the bauxite resourse in the region.

The corporation, under the auspices the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, will involve in production, trade and consultancy services relating to real estate, water and minerals resources, environment, hydrometeorology, map surveying and making, sea, islands, and the likes.
The country now has eight state-owned economic entities of similar scale, including the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), Vietnam National Coal-Mineral Industries Group (VINACOMIN), Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetrolVietnam), Electricity Vietnam (EVN), Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (Vinashin), Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex), Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG), and Bao Viet Financial-Insurance Group (Bao Viet).
