Buying opportunity? Either some people can't read the numbers, or are in the first stages of bag holder denial, trying to pull in more bag holders. I have been quietly observing AVL for a while and don't want to take a dump on it, but I don't want newbies to be misled either, so here's a quick summary of the study: the numbers are not great. In fact, they are not even good. Only tax payers subsidies or a complete explosion in Vanadium price could turn this into a good project for the shareholders. At this point, even ASX has better Vanadium plays.
