Early stage exploration here and disappointing that the Fig 1 map isn't very clear on some of the orientations of the trenches, the detailed Fig 2 trench map looks accurate and matches the azimuth of the trenches in the details of the report.

Would like to have seen a more extensive trenching campaign with more results before they got the diamond drill rigs in as its not very clear what the orientation of the gold mineralisation is in places, although the soil sampling certainly suggests some continuity but might be several different trends or controls on the mineralisation?




The encouraging thing is that they say that the geology they are seeing in the diamond drill hole drilling under and alongside Trench 5 is showing the same geology as what they are seeing in the trench, a case of a photo being better than 1000 words in that announcement when you look at the assays from Trench 5 and what the diamond rig is drilling, so that suggests that the gold mineralisation isn't some surficial paleo-channel and is real and in the basement bedrock, if they get similar grades and thickness in the diamond drilling as what they have in trench 5 then that is very positive indeed.

Have had this on my watch-list for a while to diversify out of Aus based gold explorers and miners so will be watching this one in Namibia and in Cote D'Ivoire. Both are very under-explored geological spaces to be working in.
