As you said earlier this month "Really, I would have been better of to buy on the market - like today."
Its basically a lesson not to rush in blindly into a share purchase plan on the belief that it really is a good deal. Instead, profit from the certainty, i.e. that the price will go down because of dilution. Whether BKW will go up in the long term is irrelevant. Its knowing that it would go down from the share purchase plan announcement date which is the real key.
