Looks to me like Hole 1 and 2 were targeting zones deeper, testing areas with limited drilling.

High grade intercept in hole 2 looks to be south and deeper below the 8m @9.8 g/t Au in THRC843.
Drilling from north makes sense - might as well reconfirm grade in Lode B on the way down, with a scissor hole
Need to get down there somehow!
Very few holes below 250m (from surface).
On Section B-B' on west side, another interval of 7m @ 4.7 g/t Au and 4m @ 9.5 g/t Au down at this depth, but no follow up.
