    It's a joke isn't it? On this basis any dick or harry can make a takeover bid and undermine a company regardless of their credentials.

    I have never seen anything like this bid. Putting a bidder's statement out there and recommending shareholders to NOT accept it. Could be the next ABC comedy sketch.
