Was just thinking if Otsuka or Amgen for example wanted in if RAC could say, "we don't need money but there are 7m out-of-money options you could underwrite if you want to get a decent position"... It's only a ~50% premium. Even less most likely after it was announced as I'm sure the SP would go up to if not exceed $4.50 if this type of arrangement was made. It's kind of a win-win for RAC and Shareholders if this did happen.
I don't think I've ever seen out-of-money options ever underwritten before though?
