I should add that currently an expert is preparing a report for the Court application on whether the transfer of the shares is at fair value. That report is expected by mid May.
Currently from the pool of funds the unsecured creditors are expected to receive around 32c in $. The DOCA proposal was agreed late Feb, Since then Ni has gone up around 50%.
This is the only "fly in ointment" that I can envisage - that Expert Report says not fair value based upon movement of Ni since Deed executed. BUT I dont know whether the Expert has been briefed to consider subsequent movements in Ni.
