March will be the time of the IPO 20 cents the price but no other details have been worked out.
The way I decipher the announcement is 1.5 million maximum will be spent in exploration ( results will be in a very glossy booklet) and in thanks to FMS for being a cornerstone investor will be issued with 20% of the new companies shares. So 75,000,000 approx shares less 20% will be issued at 20 cents with priority given to existing sahareholders.
Fdl 20c spun off MXR @ 20c now 2.9c MXR spunoff ERO 20c now 5.2c now fdl/fms spins off new co @ 20c. There is a pattern here although this one is slightly different in as much that they are getting rid of their sus section of the co or at least the part that is years if at all away from any production.
