As you can calculate a sale of 8M shares is not enough!!!
8.04M shares worth: just 2.8M aud.
These 2 guys have 16.7M options at exercise price of 0.2c = AUD 3.3M
They also have to pay taxes for these options which means they are going to get much less than AUD 2.8M.
Conclusion: They have to sell more around 3.5 million shares if they want to exercise all the options they have and if the company wants to raise AUD 3.3M.
