If you don't like the flavour of chook manure icecream, don't blame the ice cream shop. You made the decision to buy it. There were plenty of other flavours available.

I'd say the management fees/wages can be considered moderate for a profitable company... which this is not, and has not managed to be since its inception in 2006.
