Been in when they had 100% of the Vanadium, and scrathed my head when they "sold" 75%.
Is a bottom draw investment which after being "held back" in recent time by a "capper".
The SP is now moving up on volume
My numbers put this at about 45 cents, MC of about $250m, but are in pencil as the numbers change
But feel more good numbers could push this further
