Don't pay too much attention to Directors buying shares because sometimes they do it to prop up the share price.
Seen this before on other stocks too, multiple buy up of shares by directors then the SP plummets over the next month or two.
It might not be the case with LKO but don't use it as an indicator to buy IMHO.
