Hey@Sin nikel - Sherritt is a producer yes, but market cap of ~AUD$320M - ie about 80% of MAY.
They may have gear on the ground but have not found what MAY has found.
And MAY has $ in bank and possible soon an oil revenue flow.
So why would MAY give up a percentage of Block 9 for Sherritt's assistance? (Sherritt may be a useful contractor to MAY, but there is Sonangol).
Maybe Sherriit would be better off offering MAY a percentage of their Block 10 in return for MAY expertise and knowledge.
