Assuming the buy back has begun the sellers must be fairly agressive. It has given CUS the ability to buy back at reasonable prices.
It was a good time to bring in a buy back as it saves the stock from being smashed further. Buy backs usually have some stabilising effect on the SP. Makes you think CUS was aware that someone(s) were about to lighten their holding(s) so bring in a buy back to take advantage of the selling.
Hunter obviously have a limit to what is put on the table as very large parcels are usually transferred off market after negs to one or two parties who wish to own the stock. We may be seeing a few of the converted options on the table as well.
Also some holders who bought in cheap may be cashing in a few before Xmas.
Pull backs after stellar rises as CUS has experienced are not unusual - although not this much of a pullback.
A good oportunity to pick up a few extra.
I just hope that CUS concentrates on its core business and is carefull outside of its expertise. Remember Bill Express who had a gun of a pre paid phone business and blew it all on 'pie in the sky' get richer schemes.
