I'm a bit lost with determining recovery rate. 5% is often quoted as the Cuban average, but what testing is it that confirms this? I was expecting it to come with wireline logging since apparently flow testing isnt meant to tell us that.
Or do we just not test for it, since following positive flow testing, we will produce no matter the recovery rate, as some oil is always better than no oil.
