We estimate that the resumption of the exploration programme in Puntland is
worth close to 4p, assuming a 10% probability of a 500MMbbl discovery, whereas
commercial success in Texas would add close to 2p to the share price.
The stock has already reacted well to those announcements since the beginning
of the week, moving up some 30% from the 3p to 4p level. However we estimate
a risked value of 8p and an unrisked upside of 75p.
