IMO this company's shareholders has been subject to severe mismanagement.Noboby asked the company to set self imposed guidelines that they were , in the end unable to meet , not once but twice .I recall prior to the September deadline the SP being around $0.80 , if farm-in announcement made then IMO we'd be sitting on shares worth north of a dollar , rather than where we are now , disallusioned with all the delays.
