Also we need to remember we all have different personalities if we were all the same it would be a boring world some tend to be more quiet achiever rather than boast they are the best salesperson on earth with the best product in a sense some are not gifted with that some lack confidence in the market pitch however try to make a go of it sometimes people who do not go over board on promoting may very well be quite honest seen many MD where their quietness mocks their ability overall doe's a new MD hold a magic wand to fix everything we have to wait and see because that is what everyone hope's for human nature everyone want's to blame if thing's don't work out in life but will also praise if goe's well.
