How i see it personally,
There is now somewhat more validation for the tenement because now you have these big players coming to the table & it's in their best interest to make this work... Sometimes it's what the company needs & obviously it seems HAW/Hancock/LCY Management agree? Hence the signing of the deal?
Ive personally never looked at LCY before, bought on the basis of this announcement to see how it plays out.
This is purely just my interpretation & is not advice etc.
