I hope terms are not revisited but given the current environment, it's definitely a possibility. In the short term (by the end of April) I would like to see an update on the joint development agreement and the reason why stage 1.1 is being held up (or for it to be signed off).
The binding term sheet was signed 1st October and the quarterly report released on 29th Oct stated a planned activity for the quarter was to "Finalise the formal Joint Development Agreement with Alcoa". The last quarterly released 31st Jan stated the goal was to "Progress Joint Development Agreements". Given the time spent on the binding term sheet you wouldn't think it would take this long for this agreement to be signed. We're now 6+ months from the term sheet being signed and we still don't have an executed agreement. Why?
