Why on earth would we really need to use any funds to drill PG before development funding?
we have plentiful resource for decades as we sit today, proving up more ( which clearly is achievable) to me would mean our resource isn't actually that great?
Fund development and use those funds to also open up the true size of our resources, doi g this would give a solid year of results for investors to excite over while development is in progress.
its not rocket science
